1. Add your daily gain/savings into the input cell and the form will generate your Factor10Value™.
2. Use as many levels as possible to calculate the highest Factor10Value™ possible.
3. To determine the Factor10Value™ over a period of time, add the number of years you believe the gain/savings can be generated to get a future Factor10Value™.
4.  The first three levels give you a Factor10Value™ based on daily gains/savings contributed by people – the last three levels give you a Factor10Value™ based on scaling the contributions from a business unit.
